InnoVibe Consulting conducted a training workshop for the invoicing managers of an autonomous port as part of a invoice dematerialization and process digitalization project.
The approach used is stakeholder-centered, also referred to as key stakeholders. The objective is to help teams transform their invoicing process by implementing an inclusive methodology, enabling them to identify opportunities, structure them into initiatives, and then consolidate them into a clear and actionable roadmap.

While preparing teams for the transition to invoice dematerialization, the training combined theoretical inputs, group discussions, and practical exercises.
