FORSA program: entrepreneurship for sustainable development

The FORSA program, established by the Moroccan government, is a unique opportunity for young people to enter the world of entrepreneurship. Aimed at those aged 18 and above, the program offers funding of up to 100,000 dirhams, with an additional subsidy of 10,000 dirhams. Repayment can be spread over a period of up to 10 years.

A New Vision to Support Youth Entrepreneurship

What sets the FORSA program apart from other funding schemes is that it requires no guarantees. Unlike the INTILAKA program, which demanded material guarantees such as pledges or mortgages,

FORSA greatly simplifies administrative procedures. There is no need to go through the CCG (Central Guarantee Fund), with the goal of making financing more accessible for young people without the usual administrative and financial hurdles encountered in other programs.

Eligibility Criteria for the FORSA Program

The FORSA program is designed as a social project aimed at helping 10,000 young people integrate into entrepreneurship. It is not based on material guarantees or interest rates, but focuses on the feasibility and growth potential of the projects.

It targets young people with innovative ideas who are eager to create their own businesses, offering valuable support to turn their ideas into concrete realities.

A Simplified Registration Process

Registration is easy and can be done directly via the official forsa.ma portal. Each submitted project is carefully reviewed by a committee, ensuring a rigorous selection of the most promising initiatives.

Personalized Support to Maximize Chances of Success

Another feature of the FORSA program is its approach to support. In addition to funding, project holders receive online training (e-learning), followed by an incubation period for the most innovative projects, lasting about two and a half months.

This support helps young entrepreneurs strengthen their technical and managerial skills, giving them the tools needed to succeed in their endeavors. This program, supported by His Majesty the King, reflects the national priority given to entrepreneurship as a driver of economic development for Morocco.

A Budget of 1.25 Billion Dirhams to Support Projects

The FORSA program has a substantial budget of 1.25 billion dirhams, announced by the Akhannouch government on March 11 this year. This funding will support young entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, from ideation to the realization of their projects. This ambitious budget demonstrates the government’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and supporting youth in their professional endeavors.

The FORSA program represents a golden opportunity for young Moroccans to embark on entrepreneurship. It offers flexible funding, with no guarantee requirements, and personalized support to ensure the success of their projects, regardless of the sector of activity.
