Hachem Ben Essalah is the founder of InnoVibe Consulting and has extensive experience in digital transformation and leadership development.

Hachem Ben Essalah has led several digital transformation initiatives within the Government of Canada and St. Lawrence College in Canada. He has strived to introduce and lead innovative and creative initiatives using emerging technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics, in collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders.

Hachem Ben Essalah is the founder of InnoVibe Consulting and has extensive experience in digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence, data governance and leadership development.

• Data Warehouse Implementation Project: Target Architecture for Data and Application Platform (TADAP): The TADAP platform was designed to separate data assets from IT, making data assets more secure, shareable by multiple applications, and accessible by artificial intelligence tools.

In addition to his executive experience, he holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science with a specialization in process improvement and completed graduate studies in management of public organizations at the École nationaled’administrationpublique (ÉNAP) where he obtained a specialized graduate diploma (DESS). He has participated in programs with MIT on artificial intelligence and Design Thinking.

A seasoned bilingual leader in public administration for over 30 years, Omer has significant experience in public policy, business management, and government operations.

He is a strategic leader who has successfully implemented transformational changes in various contexts. His reputation for excellence in building relationships, engaging stakeholders, and achieving results has always led to recognition from his peers.

Before embarking on a career as a leadership/management consultant, Omer held positions as Vice President of Business Management at the Public Service Commission of Canada, Vice President of Human Resources at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Executive Director of Therapeutic Products at Health Canada.

He has also held several other leadership roles in the federal public service. Having led ministerial functions and operational programs, both regionally and in the national capital, Omer has a vast understanding of public administration
and a wealth of experience that he now passionately shares with his clients. In addition to public administration.”

Outside of work, Omer enjoys cooking for his family and friends and playing music. A seasoned and bilingual leader in public administration for over 30 years, Omer has significant experience in public policy, business management, and government operations. He is a strategic leader who has successfully implemented transformational changes in various contexts.

Adra EL HARTI has extensive expertise in auditing, consulting and training, acquired through a diverse career in the public and private sector. As an internal auditor at Bordeaux Métropole, she carries out governance, process and internal control audits, while contributing to the evaluation of public policies. She has also held key positions at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and at the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), where she led organizational, financial and operational audit missions, while developing risk maps and strengthening the internal control of institutions.

In the private sector, his experience at Vivendi and Altuglas International has enabled him to develop expertise in accounting and financial auditing, risk management and information systems auditing. Her role as a trainer has led her to design and lead training engineering sessions, particularly in the fields of public policy evaluation, internal audit and control.

Adra holds an MBA in Audit and Management Control (ESG Paris), a DES in banking from the Institut technique des banques (ITB Paris) and a certification in public auditing (Paris Dauphine University), and is fluent in French, English and Arabic. Involved in municipal life as a municipal councillor, she combines professional rigor and civic involvement, making her a versatile specialist in public and financial performance.

Prince Obeahon serves as a Strategic Partner at InnoVibe Consulting, bringing extensive expertise in enterprise project management, digital transformation, EPMO development, and process improvement.

With a strong background in building and leading enterprise-wide PMO functions, aligning business and IT strategies, and driving transformational change, Prince provides advisory support to clients seeking to optimize project delivery and operational performance.

Prince’s education and certifications, including a master’s degree in business administration, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and a Diploma in Change Management, attest to his commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in execution.

His contributions to InnoVibe Consulting are consultative in nature, complementing his professional career and focusing on strategic guidance, transformation planning, and enterprise portfolio management best practices.

Daniel J. Caron is a professor at the École nationale d’administration publique where he holds the Research Chair in the Exploitation of Information Resources. He also teaches program evaluation at the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University.

His fields of research and expertise include the exploitation of information resources and issues related to digital technology. He focuses his research efforts on the impact of digital technologies on the use of information in the functioning of organizations.

His research focuses on open data, transparency, document management in organizations, information governance models, and public and administrative policies affecting document production in the digital age. Daniel J. Caron has worked for more than thirty years in the Canadian public service. His last position was as deputy head of Library and Archives Canada.

Daniel Caron holds a PhD from the University of Montreal in Applied Human Sciences (Public Law and Strategic Management) and a Master’s degree in Economics from Laval University in Quebec.

Ahmed BOUKHEROUAA is a Project Management expert and HR consultant with significant international experience and an exceptional track record in the IT, Industry, Energy, and Government sectors. Trilingual (Arabic, French, English), he has an excellent record of achievement and solid leadership expertise, having worked with renowned companies such as IBM, Lafarge Holcim, the SAFIEC Consortium (Morocco/France/Japan), SJOVIK (Norway), and LeChameau (UK) as HR Director.

He has also gained extensive experience with the Canadian federal government and Fortis Bank (Belgium). His career is marked by his ability to optimize human resources in complex environments, while implementing integrated solutions to improve productivity, notably in talent and skills management, as well as in Headcount Reduction and Operational Excellence (OpEx).

A graduate of a North American university specializing in Project Management, Ahmed also holds an MBA from ESC Brussels (Belgium). His background in Clinical Psychology, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, allows him to deeply understand human and organizational dynamics, applying this knowledge to design more effective work organizations.
